Problem

The client worked with students mostly through social media. The flow of questions was large, but the same things had to be explained every time: which universities exist, which documents are needed, how to get a visa. There was no trustworthy address to point to.

The requirement was simple: a promotional site showing the services, the universities and the process in one place. Not a complex system — a site that parents and students can look at, trust, and apply through.

Approach

This is a promotional project at tier S1 — Validation, and the right decision here was to use a ready-made platform. Writing custom code would have increased the budget and the delivery time without good reason.

That is why WordPress + Elementor was chosen. The main reason for the choice is operational, not technical: the client's team can change a blog post, a university card or a service text on their own, without contacting us. Content on a promotional site changes often — paying an agency for every change makes no sense.

The structure was built around the content: a home page (an overview of services and social proof), a Universities catalog, Services, About, Blog and Contact. Each page serves a single purpose — a visitor never finds what they're looking for more than two clicks away.

The application flow is available on every page: a persistent "Apply now" button at the top and direct contact at the bottom. With the live chat widget, a student can ask a question the moment they land on the site.

Why the S1 tier was chosen

This is a promotional site — the value is in the content, not the code. Writing a custom application would increase the budget and timeline without good reason, and would also keep the client dependent on us for every small text change. Choosing a ready-made platform is the right engineering decision at this scale; when the project grows and needs features like a student portal, custom development is added in stages.

Architecture decisions

01

A ready-made platform, not custom code

On a promotional site the main value is content, not code. Choosing WordPress gave the client ownership of the content: a blog post, a university card and a service text change without contacting us.

02

Pages split by content

Universities, Services and Blog are separate pages. This lets visitors find what they want quickly and lets each page appear in search engines under its own topic.

03

Application on every page

A persistent "Apply now" button in the header and a live chat widget. Whether on a university page or in a blog post, the student can get in touch the moment they decide.

04

The blog as the engine of promotion

Topics such as admission requirements and exam guides bring in traffic from search. The blog was built from day one so that, as content accumulates, the site itself brings in clients.

Let's build your product*together*

In a forty-minute meeting we talk through your scale: which tier it makes sense to start at, how much time and budget it takes, and what we deliberately defer. No obligation.
