A technical partner, not a contractor

Our story

Most agencies sell every client the same amount of engineering. As a result, a team that just wants to test an idea ends up with a three-month infrastructure bill and no budget left for the product.

We do the opposite. First we ask: what is the expected traffic, what is the budget, and when do you need it? The answers determine how deep the architecture goes. If you are testing with a single group of users, Next.js, Node and a single Docker container are enough. CI/CD, a staging environment and load testing aren't needed on day one.

The secret of our speed is agentic development: our engineers work alongside AI agents. The agents write the routine code, while humans make the architecture decisions and review every line. We fit into weeks what a traditional agency takes months to do — without compromising on quality.

But we don't forget about growth. The code structure, environment separation and migrations are set up from day one so that when you succeed, those layers can be unlocked without a rewrite. For us this isn't just a technical choice — it's our business model: as our clients grow, we become their long-term technical partner.

Four principles

01

Right-sized for you

A project is planned around the client's real size. Selling enterprise architecture to a small team isn't professionalism, it's waste.

02

Ready when you are

Every layer we don't build now is prepared so it can be unlocked in a single sprint later. Growing should never mean rewriting.

03

Transparency

We put in writing what is being built now and what is deliberately deferred. Bad news comes early, not late.

04

The long game

We're not trying to win on a single project. When our clients grow, we grow too — so our interests point in the same direction.

The first project is an introduction, the long run is the real work

We don't hand over a project and vanish. As your product grows, we stay by your side on technical decisions — like your in-house team, without the hiring burden.

  1. Month 0—1

    First project

We build the first working version sized to your scale and take it live. Thanks to agentic development, this takes weeks, not months.

  2. Month 1—4

    Real data

We study user behavior. Once it's clear what works, we choose the next step together.

  3. Month 4—12

    Staged growth

As traffic and the team grow, we switch on the layers we kept ready — CI/CD, staging, monitoring, caching.

  4. Ongoing

    Technical partner

We become your permanent partner in technical decisions: audits, architecture advice, team augmentation, SLA.

Technology

We choose tools to match the project's tier: simple and affordable at S1, resilient at S3.

Let's build your product*together*

In a forty-minute meeting we talk through your scale: which tier it makes sense to start at, how much time and budget it takes, and what we deliberately defer. No obligation.
