Payment terms

The rules for contract payments: accepted cards, installment options, security and confirmation. Payments are made on the pay.sofixar.org portal.

Effective: 12.08.2026 (DD.MM.YYYY)
Payment portal

Contract payments are made on the pay.sofixar.org portal operated by SOFIXAR Technologies MMC. The client enters the contract number, sees the outstanding balance and completes the payment online.

The contract number is shown at the top of the signed contract.

Accepted payment methods

Visa and Mastercard bank cards are accepted. Payments are processed through the licensed payment infrastructure of United Payment.

All payments are calculated in Azerbaijani manat (AZN).

One-time and partial payments

The client may pay the outstanding balance in a single payment or in several partial payments. The contract balance is updated immediately after each payment.

The minimum payment amount is shown on the portal.

Installment payments

With eligible cards (BirBank, TamKart, etc.), a payment can be split into 2–12 months. Approval of the installment, the number of months and any applicable interest are determined by the bank that issued the card.

If the bank does not approve the installment, the payment can be made in a single payment.

Security

Card details are not transmitted to or stored on SOFIXAR servers — the card is entered only on the bank's secure page protected by 3D Secure.

The payment infrastructure operates in compliance with the international PCI DSS standard.

Payment confirmation

Each successful payment is assigned a unique reference number (SFX-...), which is shown on the result page together with the bank reference. This number is proof of payment — we recommend that you keep it.

Payment history is available on the contract page at any time.

Pricing and taxes

The total cost of the service, its stages and the payment schedule are set out in the contract signed by the parties. The amount shown on the portal is the outstanding balance under the contract.

Refunds

Cancellation and refund of payments are governed by a separate document — see the Refund Policy page.

The Azerbaijani-language version of this document is the binding one; in case of any discrepancy the Azerbaijani version prevails.
