Ongoing technical partnership —beside you as you grow

We don't abandon the project after launch. As the product grows, we stay beside you on technical decisions — like your in-house team, without the hiring burden.

A team working together

Our approach

This is the foundation of our business model: the first project is an introduction, and the real work begins after it. Most agencies hand over and leave — six months later you are hunting for a new contractor for a small change, and they learn the system from scratch. We remain the team that wrote your system: context is not lost, and every change is cheap and fast.

The partnership works in several forms: monthly development sprints (new features added on a plan), support with an SLA (a guaranteed response time on critical issues) and architecture advice (a technical counterpart beside you for growth decisions).

This model works because our interests overlap: when you grow, the system moves up to the S2 and S3 tiers — and that is work for us too. So from day one we build it so that growing is easy. It is no coincidence that the average partnership with our clients lasts more than three years.

What's included

01

Monthly development sprints

New functionality in an agreed volume every month. We build the roadmap together, and you set the priorities.

02

Support with an SLA

A guaranteed response time on critical issues. Business-hours or 24/7 levels, depending on the type of system.

03

Architecture advice

A second opinion and experience for technical decisions — a new integration, technology choice, team expansion.

04

Team augmentation

When you hire an in-house developer, we handle onboarding and take part in code review. Your team grows on our shoulders.

05

Security and dependency updates

Library updates, security patches, tracking of performance regressions — invisible but critical work.

How it changes withscale

The same service at three different depths. We choose together which tier to start from during the scale conversation.

S1Light support

The first months after launch: bugs are on us, small fixes are quick. The system runs quietly and you focus on the product.

S2Active development

Monthly sprints + monitoring + updates. The product visibly moves forward every month, and technical debt doesn't pile up.

S3Strategic partner

SLA, on-call, architecture governance and team augmentation. We fully own the technical side — you grow the business.

A small team, a wide reach

Thanks to agentic development, the routine part of support work — dependency updates, regression tests, small fixes — is automated. That is why monthly packages deliver far more work for the same budget than a traditional agency.

years — average partnership length with our clients

Deliverables

  • Monthly work report — what was done, what is planned
  • System health dashboard
  • Updated documentation — the system is always handover-ready
  • Quarterly architecture review and growth recommendations
  • Guaranteed response time (depending on the SLA level)

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum commitment period?
On monthly packages we take a three-month minimum — because the first month goes to getting acquainted and setting up the workflow, and the value shows from the second or third month. After that it continues month to month, with no long-term lock-in.
Do you provide support even if you didn't write the system?
Yes. We start with a code audit — documenting the condition, the risks and the technical debt. Based on the audit, we either start support directly or first propose stabilization sprints.
We have an in-house team — how does the partnership work?
It works great: your team handles day-to-day development, and we provide architecture review, code review and deep support on hard problems. For many clients this is exactly the goal — to grow the team on our shoulders and become independent.

Let's build your product*together*

In a forty-minute meeting we talk through your scale: which tier it makes sense to start at, how much time and budget it takes, and what we deliberately defer. No obligation.
